What’s a group? This is a first question to start my text.

To have a group we have to be two persons minimum. Examples of groups for me: family, class at school, peer groups… There are multitude of different groups. We have in each a different place. For example, in a peer group, someone can be a leader. People love a leader, he is invited to a party but this person can also be a follower in the school class, where he is not present. It’s also the person who makes none a group. So they not make this at university.

The teenagers want often a leader in the group, but most, only do follow the group. Why? I will try answer this question. Often, the people follow a leader popular someone cool. This kind of people like be leader because they feel superior to feel important. This is a leader they don’t know that they are leadership who leads others.
